Crafting a Brighter Future, Note by Note
Bridge7 Foundation is here to bring transformation to underprivileged youth and women in Zambia and the USA. By using music as a connective tool we want to create a platform that engages the youth through artistic expression and also raise funds for the foundation. Our core mission is to empower individuals through education, artistic development, and socio-economic initiatives and bridge the gap between resources and needs. Founded by Ndemena Chitumbo, a community leader and musician, the foundation wants to see a world where everyone has a chance to succeed. Through our framework, we will build a youth center in Kitwe—Ndemena’s hometown—so we can have a safe space for growth, creativity, and empowerment in a
community environment. We can create a brighter tomorrow, note by note.
Our Services
Bridge7 Foundation empowers women in Zambia through education, skills and economic opportunities. We break the cycle of poverty and discrimination so women can build a better life for themselves and their families.
We equip young people with life skills, education, and support systems so they can overcome barriers and reach their full potential. Through our programs, we create a pathway for youth to thrive personally and professionally and contribute positively to their communities.
At the core of everything we do is community engagement. By connecting people we can build solidarity and inspire collective action for social change. Through workshops, outreach, events, and partnerships with local organizations, we promote a shared development agenda and empower communities to create change.

Bridge7 Foundation requires additional funding beyond the initial startup cost of $3000 to effectively implement its programs and initiatives aimed at
empowering underprivileged youth and women in Zambia. To achieve our goals of establishing educational scholarships, developing artistic training centers, and implementing healthcare and sanitation projects, we seek support from donors, grants, and fundraising activities.
